Parts eCommerce - Store Front Component

This Store Front component of the "Parts eCommerce" web solution provides the main web presence for the dealership and their interactions with customers.  Thus each dealership has its own unique store front website (http://www...).   The graphics for the header, footer and navigation bar are unique to each dealership (usually giving it the same look and feel of any existing site(s) to provide seamless integration).  This particular page will display some sample screen shots AND will list out many of the features and benefits of this component within the web solution.  If you are interested in learning more about how our Parts eCommerce web application solution can be used to bolster your part dealership network, please contact us, a business development representative will respond to your inquiry.

The store front component includes the following items...
  • Shop-By-Model Navigation Tree - This allows dealership prospects/customers to find and purchase parts from a 'Model' perspective.  This navigation tree is built based on the part-to-model associations as defined in the back office component of this web application.
  • Shop-By-Category Navigation Tree - This allows dealership prospects/customers to find and purchase parts from a 'Category' perspective.  This navigation tree is built based on the part-to-model associations as defined in the back office component of this web application.
  • Hot Deals sign up (subscriptions) - This allows for prospects/customers to include their names on dealership mailing lists.
  • Send a Friend Option - This allows your prospects/customers to refer the site to their friends.
  • Custom Part Searches - This option provides the dealership prospects/customers with a method to search the parts database using a name (or partial name) or a specific part number.  Parts can be selected and purchased directly from the search list.
  • Part Inquiry - This provides for an entry form to allow customers/prospect to send an email on questions they may have on specific parts.
  • Custom Part Order - This provides a method for the customers to order a custom part (via a communicated part number and price from the dealer).  When the part order option is selected through the front end, it automatically takes the customer to the custom order secure checkout form.
  • Frequently Asked Questions - Allows the dealership to address common questions/inquiries related to their dealership and/or the parts.
  • Contact Us - Provides customers with a quick method to send any questions, feedback, etc. to the dealership.
  • Other -  Depending on the dealership, additional options are included (for accessing dealership forums, sister websites, user associations, etc.).
  • Shopping Cart - Provides prospects/customers with an area for managing their orders.  Includes options to continue shopping, proceed to checkout, entering discount/promotion codes, etc.
