Software Experts .NET has a experience with managing graphics intensive
intellectual property, specifically with the entertainment industry. We
worked with our customer to provide a method to utilize the internet to manage
the submission tracking of intellectual property licensing. This
particular page will display some sample screen shots of the license submission
tracking system which was developed by Software Experts .NET for our client
(Six Flags Over Texas). |

Some points about "License Submission Tracking" system include...

Setup Vendor Lists - This system allows for the recording of
a 'rolodex' of all vendors. These are the individuals/companies that
submit licensing submission requests.

Setup Vendor Contract Lists - The system captures critical
information related to vendor contracts with the "Licensee". These
contracts dictate many of the aspects with each license submission from that
vendor.

Setup Program Lists - Provides for setup of programs
(marketing/promotional) which can be specified and used on the license
submissions.

Setup Licensee Lists - This is the
master list of licensee's. Sometimes their are multiple licensee
relationships which must be complied with on a given submission.

Setup License Submissions - These are the actual submission
requests (and their respective status) for the vendors. The system
provides for the establishment of a submission 'life cycle' (Concept,
Preproduction, Final Samples, etc.) and the submission itself continually is
updated with various status dispositions (submitted, resubmitted, rejected,
etc). The various stages and status's are configurable through the
system. Within the license submission itself a history of transactions
(unlimited) can be processed against an original submission (a submission may
be resubmitted multiple times). An unlimited number of attachments
(graphic images, all populate formats) can be attached to the transactions on
the submission to offer a complete audit of the various licensing
submissions/resubmissions over time. A significant amount of information
is captured for each submission (style guides, decorative methods, etc.).

Setup Submission Supporting Lists - These are user
configurable supporting lists for attachment to a license submission.
This includes; style guides, decorative methods, product types, territories,
properties, parks, buyers, submission status, submission stages, etc. All
of these can be configured by the users of the system.

Graphics Viewer - An integrated graphic viewer allows for
hooking up TWAIN compatible scanners to capture the graphic images directly
through the software. This viewer also provides for browsing almost all
graphic types (jpg, png, gif, bmp, eps, etc.).

Security - The system provides for establishing unlimited
business functions, users and the security rules (users to business
functions). The combination of these settings allows for a very granular
level of security against all functions available within the system.

Other - The system utilizes middleware which enable it to run
over the internet. This includes the transparent movement of graphic
submission files and submission forms (reports), etc.
