Software Experts .NET has negotiated a co-location contract with a premier datacenter and internet provider ('Colo4Dallas'). Through this relationship we are able to leverage a state-of-the-art datacenter and its network services. Our hosting services are provided through a hosting entity (wholly owned by Software Experts .NET) called OAHosting. This page lists the features and benefits of our datacenter facility. The capabilities inherent within this facility (as defined below) is extended to all Software Experts .NET customers and partners through our web application solution hosting agreements. See our hosting equipment section for information on servers, firewalls, switches, etc. which are utilized as part of our hosting agreements.

	Our hosting datacenter incorporates the following... Network (100% Network SLA) - Multiple carriers with diverse building entrances. Fully redundant Cisco architecture utilizing 12008 routers and 6509 Layer3 switches. HSRP failover protection. Dual network feeds. Complete Redundancy in Power (100% Power SLA) - Leibert and Powerware UPS. Maintenance bypass capabilities. 100% desiel generator backup with auto switching. Generator capacity equal to utility service. 72 hour desiel fuel capacity with 2-hour notice fuel contract, if needed. Environmental Controls - Leibert air. Under floor cooling. Humidity control via Leibert units. Fire Suppression - Integrated smoke/heat detection system. Pre-action sprinklers rated for equipment/computer rooms. Site Security - Biometric scanner. 24/7/365 onsite technicians. Multiple layers of 24/7 security cameras, card readers and key pads. Facility - 28,000 square feet.
